Boxing Daily Report from the Guyana National Finals 2038,  taking place on 26/03/2038 from Georgetown, Guyana:

The Georgetown venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Declan Ervine (15 - 19) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Michael Meredith(6 - 5) from New Amsterdam, Guyana.

Ervine tries to keep the action at long range.  Ervine feints a right hook, and then lands an overhand right, jab and a cross to his opponents head.

Meredith gets on the inside and hits home with a firm left hook.  
Meredith manouvers Ervine into the corner.  Meredith lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Meredith lands a left hook.  Ervine clinches his opponent.  Meredith pushes his forearm into Ervine's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Meredith to stop fouling.
