Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 18/03/2038 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Fumio Okimoto (17 - 10) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Ryo Eto(4 - 3) from Hamamatsu, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Eto gets on the inside and lands a left hook.  
Okimoto switches the action to the outside and strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Eto gets on the inside and lands a left hook.  
Eto gets on the inside and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Eto digs in a right hook to his opponents body.

Eto advances into close range.  Okimoto throws a right uppercut, but is not on target.  Okimoto ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Eto pushes his forearm into Okimoto's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Eto to stop fouling.  
Okimoto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a solid overhand left.  
Okimoto lands a left uppercut.

Eto closes the distance and is on target with a left hook.  Okimoto ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Okimoto pushes his forearm into Eto's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Okimoto about fouling.
