Blake Skilling vs Mark Belgard

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 13/01/2038 from Quebec City, Canada:

The Quebec City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Blake Skilling (18 - 12) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Mark Belgard(1 - 1) from Halifax, Canada.  

Round 1: 

Skilling lands a solid left hook.  
Belgard quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Skilling lands a cross to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Skilling closes the distance.  Belgard connects with a left hook.  
Skilling hits home with a left hook.  
Belgard drives a right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.

Belgard throws a left hook, but Skilling holds on to his opponent.  Skilling leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Skilling advances into close range.  Belgard is on target with a left hook to Skilling's liver.  
Skilling lands a straight 1 - 2.
