Rob Craib vs Fraser Carol

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 13/12/2037 from New York City, USA:

The New York City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Rob Craib (61(9) - 7) who hails from New York City, USA and Fraser Carol(0 - 14) from Memphis, USA.  

Round 1: 

Carol lands with a sharp jab.  
Craib closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Craib ties up his opponent.  Craib leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Craib pushes his forearm into Carol's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Craib.  
Craib steps inside and is on target with a stinging right uppercut to Carol's ribcage.  
Carol is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Craib attempts to land a jab, but Carol sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Carol is on target with a stinging overhand right.

Carol drives a right hook into Craib's body.  Craib clinches his opponent.  Craib tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Carol behind the head. Craib is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Craib walks Carol into the corner.  Craib lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Craib lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Carol switches the action to the outside.  Craib lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.

Craib snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.  
Craib closes the distance and attempts to land a right hook, but Carol sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Craib connects with a left uppercut.  
Craib lands two right hook's to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Craib lands a right uppercut, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Craib lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Craib lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Craib is on target with a firm right hook.  
Craib pivots to the left of his opponent.  Craib hits home with a right uppercut.  Craib clinches his opponent.  Carol pushes his forearm into Craib's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Carol to stop fouling.  
Craib sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Carol connects with a left hook.  
Craib lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Craib is on target with a right hook.  
Carol tries to land a right hook, but Craib sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Craib's trainer is telling his fighter he is a mile in front and not to do anything stupid.

Craib quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and snaps his opponents head back with a spiteful jab.

Craib pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Craib feints a left hook, and then lands a cross to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Craib stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Carol drives a stiff jab into his opponents face.  
Craib leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Carol throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
