Bassett Oltz vs Hikaru Sakurai

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 12/11/2037 from Quebec City, Canada:

The Quebec City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bassett Oltz (2 - 4) who hails from Quebec City, Canada and Hikaru Sakurai(1 - 2) from Saitama, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Sakurai sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Oltz is on target with a jab.  
Oltz is looking to keep his distance and hits home with an overhand right.  
Oltz tries to keep the action at long range.  Sakurai connects with a cross.  
Sakurai tries to land a jab, but Oltz sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Oltz throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Sakurai steps inside.  Oltz lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Sakurai walks Oltz into the corner.  Sakurai is on target with a left hook.  
Sakurai lands an overhand right.  
Oltz steps away from his opponent and strikes his opponents body with a cross.  
Oltz is looking to keep the action on the outside and finds the target with a jab.  
Oltz lands a jab.  
Oltz is looking to keep his distance.  Sakurai throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.
