Callum Doyle vs Dave Glover

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 06/11/2037 from Boston, USA:

The Boston venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Callum Doyle (51(9) - 8) who hails from Boston, USA and Dave Glover(1 - 0) from Chicago, USA.  

Round 1: 

Doyle advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Glover quickly recovers. 
Doyle lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Glover is looking to keep the action on the outside and snaps his opponents head back with a solid jab.  
Doyle closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Doyle advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Glover is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a solid jab.  Glover tries to land a jab, but Doyle dodges the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Glover pivots to the side of his opponent, but Doyle lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Glover tries to land a jab, but Doyle slips the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Doyle advances into close range and drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  Doyle clinches his opponent.  Doyle leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Doyle's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Doyle lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Glover pivots to the left of his opponent, but Doyle lands a left uppercut to the body, a jab to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Glover contemptuously drops his hands, trying to provoke his opponent.  Doyle connects with a sharp left hook.  
Doyle gets on the inside and hits home with a stinging right hook.  
Doyle is on target with a solid cross.  
Doyle steps inside and drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Doyle manouvers Glover into the corner.  Doyle throws a left uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Doyle ties up his opponent.  Doyle leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Doyle's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Doyle lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Doyle lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Doyle lands a right uppercut to the body, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Doyle manages to force Glover onto the ropes.  Doyle lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, DROPPING GLOVER TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.

He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body, AND DROPS GLOVER TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  It looks like Glover has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Doyle gets on the inside and drives a potent left hook into his opponents liver.  IT LOOKS LIKE GLOVER WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Doyle ties up his opponent.  Doyle leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  Glover recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Doyle DETONATES a DEVASTATING right uppercut on his opponents face.  GLOVER IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  THE REF STOPS THE FIGHT!  HE DOES NOT BELIEVE GLOVER CAN CONTINUE!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Doyle!
