Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 15/10/2037 from Quebec City, Canada:

The Quebec City venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gerard Cabal (17 - 4) who hails from Montreal, Canada and Dave Hew(0 - 2) from Vaughan, Canada.  

Round 1: 

Cabal steps inside.  Cabal sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Hew hits home with a right hook.  
Hew lands a cross.  Hew attempts to land a jab, but Cabal sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hew pivots to the left of his opponent, but Cabal is on target with a cross.  
Hew sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands with a stiff jab.  
Cabal tries to keep the action at long range and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Cabal gets on the inside and digs in a left hook to Hew's body.

Cabal lands a cross.  
Hew forces Cabal to retreat onto the ropes.  Cabal connects with a cross.  
Cabal steps to the outside.  Cabal quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Hew finds the target with a sharp jab.  
Hew sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Cabal lands a cross.  
Hew lands a sharp jab.  
Cabal lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Cabal is on target with a cross.  
Hew lands a jab to Cabal's body.
