The Chicago venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Mark Hawthorne (23 - 7) who hails from Chicago, USA and Rich Mundy(2 - 15(1)) from San Antonio, USA.

Hawthorne tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Hawthorne steps inside and lands a left uppercut.  
Mundy pivots to the right of his opponent.  Mundy attempts to land a cross, but Hawthorne parries the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Hawthorne gets on the inside and connects with a right hook.  Hawthorne ties up his opponent.  Hawthorne pushes his forearm into Mundy's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Hawthorne lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
