Andy Saul vs Paul Fleitas

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 24/09/2037 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Andy Saul (55(4) - 11) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Paul Fleitas(3 - 7) from Orlando, USA.  

Round 1: 

Saul manouvers Fleitas onto the ropes.  Fleitas goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Saul time to recover.  
Saul lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Fleitas throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Fleitas attempts to land a cross, but Saul slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Saul closes the distance and is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Saul hits home with a left hook.  
Fleitas is on target with a sharp left hook.  Saul ties up his opponent.  Saul pushes his forearm into Fleitas's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Saul to stop fouling.  
Saul closes the distance.  Fleitas throws a left uppercut, but Saul holds on to his opponent.  Fleitas pushes his forearm into Saul's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Fleitas to stop fouling.  
Fleitas throws a left uppercut, but Saul holds on to his opponent.  Fleitas throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Saul pivots to the side of his opponent.  Saul lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Saul attempts to land a right uppercut, but Fleitas slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Fleitas lands a right hook.  
Saul digs in a firm left hook to Fleitas's ribs.  
Saul hits home with a right hook.  
Saul lands a firm left hook.  
Saul is looking to close the distance.  Fleitas drives a stinging left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Saul advances into close range and forces Fleitas to back into the corner.  Saul lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Saul steps inside and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Saul lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Saul tries to land a right hook, but Fleitas sidesteps and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Saul manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Saul lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Saul is on target with a right hook.  
Saul digs in a solid left hook to his opponents liver.  
Fleitas throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Saul pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Fleitas could be stopped here, if Saul can find the right shot!  Saul lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND DROPS FLEITAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  It looks like Fleitas has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Saul steps inside and manouvers Fleitas onto the ropes.  Saul pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Saul is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS FLEITAS SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Saul is looking to force the stoppage!  Saul lands a DESTRUCTIVE right hook.  FLEITAS IS DOWN!  HE TRIES TO RISE ON SHAKY LEGS BUT FLEITAS CAN'T BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Saul!
