Stuart Kingan vs Angus MacArthur

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 20/09/2037 from Leeds, UK:

The Leeds venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Stuart Kingan (37 - 13) who hails from Leeds, UK and Angus MacArthur(1 - 1) from Edinburgh, UK.  

Round 1: 

Kingan digs in a stinging right uppercut to MacArthur's ribcage.  
Kingan closes the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Kingan steps inside and digs in a left hook to MacArthur's body.  
Kingan walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Kingan lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Kingan advances into close range and drives a left uppercut into his opponents ribs.  
Kingan lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Kingan ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Kingan pushes his forearm into MacArthur's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kingan to stop fouling.  
Kingan advances into close range.  MacArthur throws a right hook, but Kingan holds on to his opponent.  MacArthur is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns MacArthur to stop fouling.  
Kingan sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  MacArthur throws a right uppercut, but Kingan clinches his opponent.  Kingan is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Kingan's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
MacArthur tries to keep the action at long range and finds the target with a jab.  
Kingan walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Kingan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but MacArthur lands a right uppercut.  
Kingan walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  MacArthur throws a left hook, but Kingan ties up his opponent.  Kingan tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits MacArthur's kidney. Kingan hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee warns Kingan and breaks the clinch.  
Kingan digs in a left hook to MacArthur's body.  
Kingan closes the distance and slams a spiteful right hook into MacArthur's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE MACARTHUR WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  MacArthur quickly recovers. 
Kingan lands a jab.  
Kingan advances into close range.  Kingan pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a left hook into MacArthur's body.  
Kingan is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
MacArthur is on target with a right hook to Kingan's ribs.  MacArthur throws a cross, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

MacArthur is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with a cross.  
Kingan drives a powerful left uppercut into MacArthur's ribs.  MACARTHUR IS HURT!  
Kingan walks MacArthur into a corner.  Kingan senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop MacArthur and just needs the right shot.  Kingan whips in a nasty left uppercut to his opponents body.  MACARTHUR HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  MacArthur now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
MacArthur is on target with a left hook.  
MacArthur throws a right hook, but Kingan holds on to his opponent.  Kingan pushes his forearm into MacArthur's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Kingan to stop fouling.  
MacArthur lands a right hook.  Kingan clinches his opponent.  Kingan leans on his opponent using all his weight. MacArthur tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Kingan's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kingan hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Kingan is on target with a left hook to MacArthur's ribs.  
Kingan lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
MacArthur steps to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Kingan lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body, DROPPING MACARTHUR TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  
Kingan stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Kingan lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND SENDS MACARTHUR SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Kingan!
