The San Antonio venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Arthur Baxter (36 - 12) who hails from Austin, USA and Jamie Ewing(0 - 1) from Jersey City, USA.  

Round 1: 

Baxter gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.

Baxter tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Ewing sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a sharp left hook.  
Baxter advances into close range and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Baxter lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Baxter advances into close range and is on target with a firm left hook to Ewing's body.  
Ewing lands a straight 1 - 2.  Ewing attempts to land a right uppercut, but Baxter sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Baxter closes the distance.  Ewing throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref ignores Baxter's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Ewing pivots from in front of his opponent.  Ewing tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid right uppercut.  
Ewing finds the target with a jab.  
Baxter lands a sharp right hook.

Ewing lands a stinging jab.  
Baxter advances into close range and drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
Baxter hits home with a left hook.  Baxter holds on to his opponent.  Baxter throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. Baxter pushes his forearm into Ewing's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Baxter connects with a sharp right hook.  Baxter throws a left hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Baxter closes the distance and throws a right uppercut, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Baxter clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Baxter pushes his forearm into Ewing's face.  The referee warns Baxter and breaks the clinch.  
Baxter hits home with a right hook.  
Baxter forces Ewing to retreat into the blue corner.  Ewing hits home with a left hook.
