Boxing Daily Report from the Zambia National Finals 2037,  taking place on 29/04/2037 from Kitwe, Zambia:

The Kitwe venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Lightweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Deion Handila (68(5) - 15) who hails from Lusaka, Zambia and Simba Chikusu(10 - 22) from Lusaka, Zambia.  

Round 1: 

Handila pivots to the left of his opponent.  Handila lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  Handila clinches his opponent.  Chikusu is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Handila closes the distance.  Handila pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.

Handila tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Chikusu's kidney. The ref breaks Handila's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Handila is on target with a solid right uppercut.  
Chikusu closes the distance.  Handila lands a left hook followed by  two right hooks to his opponents body.  Handila ties up his opponent.  Handila leans on his opponent using all his weight. The referee breaks up the clinch and lectures Handila to stop holding.  
Chikusu sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Handila lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Chikusu gets on the inside.  Handila lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS CHIKUSU SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  
Handila thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Chikusu away.  Handila lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body, AND SENDS CHIKUSU SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  
Handila is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Handila is on target with a powerful right hook to Chikusu's body.  CHIKUSU HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE IS UNABLE TO GET UP BEFORE THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Handila!
