Andy Saul vs Spencer Kyle

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 18/03/2037 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Andy Saul (48(2) - 11) who hails from Saint Paul, USA and Spencer Kyle(4 - 21) from Los Angeles, USA.  

Round 1: 

Saul sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Saul is on target with a sharp left uppercut.  
Saul steps inside and digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Kyle attempts to land a right uppercut, but Saul parries the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Saul forces Kyle to retreat into a corner.  Saul is on target with a stinging left uppercut.  
Saul lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Saul lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Saul lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Saul gets on the inside and throws a left hook, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Saul ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Saul pushes his forearm into Kyle's face.  The ref breaks Saul's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Saul manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Saul is on target with a left hook.  Saul clinches his opponent.  Kyle pushes his forearm into Saul's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kyle pivots to the left of his opponent.  Kyle attempts to land a jab, but Saul slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Saul is looking to close the distance and drives a left hook into Kyle's ribs.  
Saul lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  Saul throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Kyle sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Saul lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.

Kyle lands a cross to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Saul steps inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Kyle feints a cross, and then lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Saul lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Saul advances into close range and throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Saul gets on the inside.  Kyle throws a right hook, but Saul ties up his opponent.  Saul leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. As they grapple, Saul pushes his forearm into Kyle's face.  The referee warns Saul and breaks the clinch.  
Saul snaps his opponents head back with a hard jab.  
Kyle walks Saul down, trapping him on the ropes.  Saul is on target with a cross.  
Saul throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Saul closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kyle connects with a right hook.  
Kyle pivots from in front of his opponent and lands with a sharp jab.  
Saul lands a stinging right hook.  
Kyle is on target with a jab.  
Saul gets on the inside and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DOWN GOES KYLE!  He manages to get up at 4.  Saul clinches his opponent.  Saul pushes his forearm into Kyle's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Saul about fouling.  
Saul closes the distance and walks Kyle down, trapping him in a corner.  Saul is looking to force the stoppage!  Saul lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right uppercut to the body, AND SENDS KYLE SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Saul!
