Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 31/05/2036 from El Paso, USA:

The El Paso venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Patrick Gowen (7 - 8) who hails from Houston, USA and Marc Thomas(1 - 7) from Lowell, USA.  

Round 1: 

Thomas is looking to keep his distance.  Gowen finds the target with a stinging jab.  
Gowen steps away from his opponent.  Gowen quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Thomas lands a cross.  
Gowen lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Gowen hits home with a cross.  
Gowen hits home with a solid jab.  
Thomas gets on the inside.  Gowen drives a left hook into Thomas's body.  
Gowen drives a sharp jab into his opponents face.  
Gowen finds the target with a jab.  
Thomas throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.

Gowen drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.

Gowen lands a stinging jab.  
Thomas attempts to land a left hook, but Gowen blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Gowen lands a stinging left hook.  
Gowen connects with a cross.
