Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 14/11/2034 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Kaede Kawamoto (51(8) - 19) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Tony Powell(0 - 4) from Birmingham, UK.  

Round 1: 

Kawamoto lands a solid cross.

Powell walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Powell is on target with a left hook.

Kawamoto lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Kawamoto ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Powell pushes his forearm into Kawamoto's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Powell.

Kawamoto digs in a firm left hook to Powell's body.  Kawamoto holds on to his opponent.  Powell leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Powell attempts to land a right uppercut, but Kawamoto slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Kawamoto lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Powell almost instantly recovers. 
Kawamoto lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Powell quickly recovers. 
Kawamoto whips in a hurtful left hook to Powell's liver.  IT LOOKS LIKE POWELL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Powell quickly recovers. 
Kawamoto is on target with a solid left uppercut to his opponents liver.  Kawamoto ties up his opponent.  Kawamoto uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Powell behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Kawamoto.

Kawamoto whips in a spiteful left hook to Powell's body.  POWELL IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE TRIES TO RISE BUT HIS LEGS DONT RESPOND...THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Kawamoto!
