Alastair Casey vs David Rhys

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 26/08/2034 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alastair Casey (7 - 4) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and David Rhys(0 - 2) from San Antonio, USA.  

Round 1: 

Casey digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Casey throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Casey clinches his opponent.  Casey tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Rhys behind the head. The ref breaks Casey's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Rhys manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Casey lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Rhys feints a cross, and then hits home with a cross.  
Casey lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Rhys pivots from in front of his opponent, but Casey is on target with a left hook.  
Casey lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Casey lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  Casey clinches his opponent.  Rhys is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Rhys about fouling.  
Rhys pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Casey closes the distance and throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
