Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 06/08/2034 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Kenji Shimizu (32 - 15) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Gareth Morgans(3 - 6) from Nassau, Bahamas.  

Round 1: 

Shimizu feints a left hook, and then lands a spiteful jab.  
Shimizu is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Shimizu feints a cross, and then attempts to land a jab, but Morgans parries the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Shimizu steps inside.  Shimizu pivots to the side of his opponent.  Morgans throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Shimizu advances into close range and connects with a firm left hook.  
Shimizu closes the distance and walks Morgans into a neutral corner.  Shimizu lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  Shimizu tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Shimizu lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the body.  
Shimizu drives a sharp left hook into Morgans's body.  
Shimizu lands a jab followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Shimizu attempts to land a jab, but Morgans slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Morgans steps inside.  Shimizu sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Shimizu tries to keep the action at long range.  Shimizu sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a solid cross.  
Morgans gets on the inside.  Shimizu lands a right hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Morgans lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Shimizu gets on the inside.  Shimizu pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Shimizu is looking to close the distance.  Morgans attempts to land a right uppercut, but Shimizu dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Shimizu pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Shimizu advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Shimizu lands a solid jab.  
Shimizu is looking to close the distance.  Shimizu sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Morgans connects with a right uppercut.  Shimizu ties up his opponent.  Shimizu pushes his forearm into Morgans's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Shimizu pivots from in front of his opponent.  Morgans throws a left hook, but Shimizu holds on to his opponent.  Morgans pushes his forearm into Shimizu's face.  The referee warns Morgans and breaks the clinch.  
Shimizu lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
