The Carolina venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Javier Lizardo (2 - 1) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Juan Murguia(11 - 22) from Carolina, Puerto Rico.

Murguia forces Lizardo to retreat into the corner.  Lizardo hits home with a left uppercut.  Murguia ties up his opponent.  Murguia tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Lizardo behind the head. The ref breaks Murguia's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Murguia advances into close range and throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps.  Murguia ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Murguia pushes his forearm into Lizardo's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Murguia about fouling.
