While looking into a reported issue, i've noticed that this function doesn't and probably hasnt worked in a long time.  it might have also stopped normal am fight scheduling from working.  i have put in a fix which will hopefully run at midday today

Another issue impacted Assistant fight scheduling where "overseas" was selected.  i fixed this earlier and can see much more fights got scheduled in last processing, so hope this is also fixed
