Boxing Daily Report from the Fistic Inc promoted show at Meadowcourt Stadium, Doncaster,  taking place on 23/09/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are John Carver (2 - 0) who hails from Peterborough, UK and Kyle Gibbs(2 - 0) from Liverpool, UK.  Both Carver and Gibbs weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Floyd Borowiak, and the three ringside judges are Harry Marchbank, Iain McClure and Nick Russell.

Gibbs throws a left uppercut, but Carver holds on to his opponent.  Carver leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Carver lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Carver pivots to the right of his opponent.  Carver throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Carver clinches his opponent.  Gibbs is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Gibbs.  
Gibbs throws a left hook, but Carver holds on to his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Carver lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Carver digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Carver pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a left uppercut into Gibbs's body.  
Carver is on target with a firm left uppercut.  Carver ties up his opponent.  Carver leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Carver's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gibbs's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Gibbs's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.
