Neper Palomares vs Carlos Rosero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Cebu promoted show at Don Vincente Sotto Memorial Gym, Cebu City,  taking place on 30/09/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neper Palomares (38(2) - 19(11) - 4) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Carlos Rosero(8 - 5 - 4) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Both Palomares and Rosero weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Ramon, and the three ringside judges are Malvolio Monterrosa, Fanuco Cabili and Carlos Dimanlig.
