Hisao Takeshita vs Kenji Ouchi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Hyogo promoted show at Kobe Kawata, Kobe,  taking place on 27/09/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Hyogo Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hisao Takeshita (10 - 26(2) - 4) who hails from Kakogawa, Japan and Kenji Ouchi(5 - 11(2) - 2) from Kobe, Japan.  Both Takeshita and Ouchi weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Satoshi Abe, and the three ringside judges are Fumio Imai, Jun Oe and Hiro Seno.
