Arnot Gierke vs Theo Marohn

Boxing Daily Report from the Appiah Promotions promoted show at Roald Stoyer Gym, Braunschweig,  taking place on 23/09/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Germany-Lower Saxony Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Arnot Gierke (4 - 6 - 2) who hails from Hanover, Germany and Theo Marohn(3 - 11 - 3) from Hanover, Germany.  Both Gierke and Marohn weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lodovico Johnsen, and the three ringside judges are Wilbur Heideman, Gerrard Bixel and Gilleasbuig Masch.  

Round 1: 

Gierke advances into close range.  Marohn is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Gierke sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Marohn tries to land a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Marohn throws a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
