Andy Cavanah vs Dave McTavish

Boxing Daily Report from the Global Boxing Promotion promoted show at Blackburn Callahan, Blackburn,  taking place on 17/09/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Andy Cavanah (9 - 14(5) - 2) who hails from Preston, UK and Dave McTavish(14 - 1) from Middlesbrough, UK.  Both Cavanah and McTavish weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Noah Adams, and the three ringside judges are Neil McClimans, Dale Watkins and Timothy Yates.  

Round 1: 

McTavish lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
McTavish connects with a right hook.  
Cavanah steps to the outside.  McTavish lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Cavanah is on target with a jab.

McTavish advances into close range and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
McTavish forces Cavanah to retreat into the corner.  McTavish lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND SENDS CAVANAH SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  Cavanah now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Cavanah is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a cross.
