Jae-sung Kang vs Chan-dong Ham

Boxing Daily Report from the The New Pearls Promotion promoted show at Seoul Chay, Seoul,  taking place on 05/09/2039:

Clearly The New Pearls Promotion have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Korea-Seoul Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Star Sports Korea, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jae-sung Kang (32 - 20(4) - 1) who hails from Seoul, South Korea and Chan-dong Ham(25 - 10(2) - 3) from Seoul, South Korea.  Kang weighed in at 147 pounds, while Ham weighed in at 147 pounds and 11 ounces.    As Ham came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Young-gwon Jung, and the three ringside judges are Young-gwon Cho, Min-woo Bak and Dong-jun Youn.
