Quon Kam vs Sajid Abdi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Tehran promoted show at Yasin Sheikh Gym, Tehran,  taking place on 26/08/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Iran-Tehran Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Quon Kam (14 - 13 - 1) who hails from Tehran, Iran and Sajid Abdi(13 - 9 - 2) from Tehran, Iran.  Both Kam and Abdi weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Haaris Sylla, and the three ringside judges are Kamran Ayub, Sajid Burki and Waqar Akbari.  

Round 1: 

Kam is looking to keep his distance and throws an overhand left, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Kam sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Kam switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right.  
Kam throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Abdi's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Abdi closes the distance.  Kam pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Kam lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
