Elia Waisanen vs Mikko Vacca

Boxing Daily Report from the Acquaah Promotions promoted show at Helsinki Juteini, Helsinki,  taking place on 22/08/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Finland-Uusimaa Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Elia Waisanen (21(20) - 6(5)) who hails from Espoo, Finland and Mikko Vacca(17(2) - 0) from Vantaa, Finland.  Both Waisanen and Vacca weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pekka Waisanen, and the three ringside judges are Aake Hanski, Kaapro Kuusi and Elmo Alvar.  

Round 1: 

Waisanen advances into close range and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Vacca tries to step out of his opponents range and finds the target with a jab.  
Waisanen gets on the inside and forces Vacca to retreat onto the ropes.  Waisanen throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Waisanen lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Waisanen advances into close range and digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Waisanen steps inside.  Vacca attempts to land a right hook, but Waisanen dodges the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Waisanen feints a cross, and then is on target with a solid cross.  
Waisanen manouvers Vacca into a neutral corner.  Waisanen lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Vacca quickly recovers. 
Waisanen lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Waisanen drives a sharp right hook into his opponents body.  Waisanen attempts to land a right hook, but Vacca parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Waisanen lands a left uppercut to the head followed by two right hook's to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Vacca almost instantly recovers. 
Waisanen lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Vacca tries to keep the action at long range.  Waisanen is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Waisanen whips in a big left hook to his opponents body.  VACCA IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  Vacca now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Waisanen manouvers Vacca onto the ropes.  Waisanen attempts to land a cross, but Vacca slips the shot and counters with a solid right hook.  
Waisanen advances into close range.  Vacca pivots to the left of his opponent and digs in a solid right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Waisanen lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Waisanen walks Vacca down, trapping him on the ropes.  Waisanen lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Vacca pivots from in front of his opponent.  Vacca tries to land a right uppercut, but Waisanen slips the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Waisanen digs in a solid right uppercut to Vacca's ribcage.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Vacca's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Vacca's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Vacca sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Waisanen connects with a sharp left uppercut.  Waisanen holds on to his opponent.  Waisanen pushes his forearm into Vacca's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Vacca lands a left uppercut.  
Vacca tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a solid cross.  
Waisanen steps inside and digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Vacca lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Waisanen steps inside and drives a right hook into Vacca's ribcage.  
Waisanen gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Vacca throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm cross.  
Waisanen attempts to land a right hook, but Vacca blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Waisanen sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Vacca connects with a cross.  
Waisanen is looking to close the distance.  Waisanen pivots to the side of his opponent.  Vacca throws a right hook, but Waisanen clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Vacca pushes his forearm into Waisanen's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Vacca about fouling.  
Waisanen lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Waisanen lands a right hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body.  
Waisanen drives a stinging jab into his opponents face.  
Vacca hits the target with a ramrod jab.  
Waisanen lands with a stiff jab.  
Vacca finds the target with a jab.  Vacca tries to land a jab, but Waisanen sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to Vacca's body.  
Waisanen gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Waisanen lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Waisanen lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Vacca is looking to keep his distance.  Some sustained pressure from Waisanen could be enough to finish Vacca!  Waisanen lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND SENDS VACCA TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Vacca has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Vacca's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.
