Rob Cooney vs Billy Bazile

Boxing Daily Report from the sonny carr promoted show at Birmingham Flanagan, Birmingham,  taking place on 18/08/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Central England Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bobby Power Rob Cooney (24(16) - 5(4)) who hails from Wolverhampton, UK and Billy Bazile(11 - 5(1) - 2) from Manchester, UK.  Cooney weighed in at 226 pounds and 12 ounces, while Bazile weighed in at 253 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Isaac MacIver, and the three ringside judges are Louis Atkins, William Taylor and Leo Hendron.  

Round 1: 

Cooney slams a hurtful left hook into his opponents body.  BAZILE IS HURT!  Bazile recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Cooney is on target with a sharp right hook.  Cooney clinches his opponent.  Cooney tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Bazile behind the head. As they grapple, Cooney pushes his forearm into Bazile's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Cooney gets on the inside.  Cooney quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Cooney is on target with a left uppercut to Bazile's liver.  
Cooney closes the distance.  Cooney sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a telling right hook to his opponents body.  BAZILE IS HURT!  Bazile almost instantly recovers. 
Cooney quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands with a stiff jab.  
Cooney gets on the inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Cooney lands a solid left hook.  
Cooney lands a firm right uppercut.  
Cooney lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Cooney clinches his opponent.  Cooney is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Cooney is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Bazile almost instantly recovers. 
Cooney advances into close range and connects with a right uppercut.  
Cooney steps inside and drives a solid left hook into Bazile's body.  
Cooney digs in a left hook to Bazile's liver.

Cooney connects with a FEARSOME right uppercut.  BAZILE IS HURT!  
Cooney is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Cooney lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.
