David Merrick vs Gareth Devlin

Boxing Daily Report from the Prizefighter Promotions promoted show at Royal Bath Hotel, Bournemouth,  taking place on 18/08/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the British-Southern England Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Merrick (8 - 3 - 1) who hails from London, UK and Gareth Devlin(14 - 8(1) - 3) from Bristol, UK.  Merrick weighed in at 117 pounds and 11 ounces, while Devlin weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Goldring, and the three ringside judges are Paul Hector, Owen Pugh and Brett Henrie.
