Gower Huet vs Erec Melaga

Boxing Daily Report from the Mulia Promotions promoted show at Maroua Bodjongo, Maroua,  taking place on 19/08/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Extreme-Nord Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gower Huet (12(5) - 2) who hails from Maroua, Cameroon and Erec Melaga(10 - 13(5) - 2) from Maroua, Cameroon.  Huet weighed in at 126 pounds, while Melaga weighed in at 125 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Holland Painchaud, and the three ringside judges are Gareth Gaudin, Verrill Tabe and Oriel Melaga.  

Round 1: 

Huet lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  Huet attempts to land a cross, but Melaga sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Huet gets on the inside and digs in a right hook to Melaga's ribcage.  
Huet lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  Huet ties up his opponent.  Huet is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Huet digs in a stinging left uppercut to his opponents body.  Huet holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Huet pushes his forearm into Melaga's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Huet is looking to close the distance and drives a firm left uppercut into his opponents body.  
Huet lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  Huet clinches his opponent.  Huet pushes his forearm into Melaga's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Huet drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  
Huet lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Huet gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Melaga closes the distance.  Huet drives a solid right uppercut into Melaga's ribs.  
Melaga attempts to land a jab, but Huet blocks the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.
