Carlos Matheus vs Rogelio Avelar

Boxing Daily Report from the Hansen Promotions promoted show at Quiqui Basilio Gym, Fortaleza,  taking place on 19/08/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Ceara Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Matheus (15 - 6 - 4) who hails from Fortaleza, Brazil and Rogelio Avelar(4 - 1) from Fortaleza, Brazil.  Both Matheus and Avelar weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Seferino Patricio, and the three ringside judges are Neper Saade, Urvano Carreiro and Baltasar Rodas.  

Round 1: 

Avelar advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.
