Didier Delahaye vs Merrill Leblanc

Boxing Daily Report from the Mini Promotions promoted show at Port-au-Prince Blier, Port-au-Prince,  taking place on 17/08/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Haiti Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTVC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Didier Delahaye (20(1) - 6(5) - 1) who hails from Croix des Bouqets, Haiti and Merrill Leblanc(23(14) - 2(2)) from Port-de-Paix, Haiti.  Both Delahaye and Leblanc weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Courvoisier Cotillard, and the three ringside judges are Franchot Castile, Jemond Florian and Horace Oran.  

Round 1: 

Leblanc sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Delahaye attempts to land a cross, but Leblanc slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.

Leblanc lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Delahaye is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Leblanc is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Leblanc lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a right uppercut to the body, a cross to the head and a right uppercut to the body, AND DELAHAYE IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.
