Brad Blythe vs Dave Purcell

Boxing Daily Report from the Phantom Fights promoted show at London Kempe, London,  taking place on 18/08/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Ontario Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brad Blythe (2 - 5 - 1) who hails from Toronto, Canada and Dave Purcell(5 - 15 - 5) from Toronto, Canada.  Both Blythe and Purcell weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Scott Hughes, and the three ringside judges are Mark Weatherley, Paul Myron and Dylan Morris.  

Round 1: 

Blythe lands a cross to the body followed by a overhand right to the head.  
Blythe is looking to keep his distance.  Purcell is on target with a cross.  
Blythe steps to the outside.  Purcell hits home with a cross.  
Purcell is looking to close the distance.  Purcell quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Blythe lands a right hook.

Purcell is looking to close the distance.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Purcell dabs at his face checking for damage.  Purcell has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.  
Blythe pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Purcell lands a cross.  
Purcell steps inside.  Blythe throws a right uppercut, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right hook.

Blythe pivots to the side of his opponent and throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Purcell's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Purcell manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Purcell lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Blythe connects with a left hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Blythe dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Purcell is on target with a cross.  
Blythe is looking to keep his distance.  Blythe sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Purcell is on target with a jab.  
Purcell connects with a left hook.
