Matt Mwatela vs Max Lai

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Tengelei, Nairobi,  taking place on 16/08/2039:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Matt Mwatela (14 - 3(1)) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Max Lai(28(4) - 15(5)) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Mwatela and Lai weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shaun Arusei, and the three ringside judges are Luister Mutahi, Chris Birir and Elliot Lumumba.
