Chris Cree vs Paul Sheridan

Boxing Daily Report from the Xing-fu Hui's Sensei Promotions promoted show at George Carnall Leisure, Manchester,  taking place on 20/08/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Chris Cree (3 - 0) who hails from Plymouth, UK and Paul Sheridan(14 - 6(2) - 1) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Cree and Sheridan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Ewings, and the three ringside judges are Angus Heriot, Mike Burchardt and Matthew McReynolds.  

Round 1: 

Sheridan sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Cree lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Cree throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Cree closes the distance and manouvers Sheridan onto the ropes.  Sheridan throws a left hook, but Cree ties up his opponent.  Cree is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
