Ian McNevin vs Mel McGuinness

Boxing Daily Report from the Global Boxing Promotion promoted show at Blackburn Sports & Leisure Centre, Blackburn,  taking place on 18/08/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian McNevin (13 - 13(1) - 1) who hails from Doncaster, UK and Mel McGuinness(3 - 2 - 3) from Wakefield, UK.  McNevin weighed in at 108 pounds, while McGuinness weighed in at 107 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Peter MacQuarrie, and the three ringside judges are Connor McGowan, Dominic Patterson and Chris Llywelyn.
