Chris Meredith vs David Lombardo

Boxing Daily Report from the Southpaw Promotions promoted show at James Meggett Gym, Providence,  taking place on 06/08/2039:

Clearly Southpaw Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Rhode Island Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Meredith (18 - 14(1) - 4) who hails from Providence, USA and David Lombardo(8 - 17 - 5) from Providence, USA.  Both Meredith and Lombardo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Declan Hernandez, and the three ringside judges are Cole Levingston, David Bellillo and Peter Echevarria.
