Judo Penneit vs Jelmar Van Acker

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Netherlands-North Brabant promoted show at Breda Van Cotheem, Breda,  taking place on 02/08/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Netherlands-North Brabant Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Judo Penneit (27(2) - 2(1)) who hails from Breda, Netherlands and Jelmar Van Acker(19 - 7 - 4) from Tilburg, Netherlands.  Penneit weighed in at 147 pounds and 13 ounces, while Van Acker weighed in at 147 pounds.    As Penneit came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Maximiliaan Van Achte, and the three ringside judges are Cuppe Van Berchove, Brett Obelaere and Maximiliaan Van Achte.
