Woo Ouyeung vs Wang Fatt

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Jilin promoted show at Quon Jing Gym, Changchun,  taking place on 20/07/2039:

Clearly AI China-Jilin have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Jilin Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Woo Ouyeung (1 - 19(1) - 3) who hails from Changchun, China and Wang Fatt(7 - 11 - 1) from Changchun, China.  Both Ouyeung and Fatt weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Deshi Phamg, and the three ringside judges are Wang Loa, Zhong Pun and Niao-ka Ouyeung.
