Sammy Wight vs Phil Kallas

Boxing Daily Report from the Joe Mama promoted show at University of Newcastle Sports Hall, Newcastle,  taking place on 18/07/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Australia Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on WIN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Sammy The Brisbane Bomber Wight (52(37) - 9(4) - 1) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Phil Kallas(7 - 7(1) - 1) from Sydney, Australia.  Both Wight and Kallas weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tobias Christal, and the three ringside judges are Dai Lesley, Paul Walters and Paul Mull.  

Round 1: 

Wight lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Kallas closes the distance.  Wight digs in a right hook to his opponents body.
