Boxing Daily Report from the fresh start promoted show at Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf Hotel, Dubai,  taking place on 31/07/2039:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Malvolio Resto (18(6) - 0) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Rashid Ghazal(21(5) - 16(4) - 2) from Abu Dhabi, UAE.  Resto weighed in at 126 pounds, while Ghazal weighed in at 125 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Imran Hasnawi, and the three ringside judges are Zafa Azzam, Sajid Khalil and Shayan Hakimi.
