Chris Soter vs Alen Matteson

Boxing Daily Report from the James Saint-Claire promoted show at Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, Gold Coast,  taking place on 13/08/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Chris Soda Soter (10(1) - 0) who hails from Gold Coast, Australia and Alen Matteson(13 - 9(2) - 2) from Perth, Australia.  Soter weighed in at 159 pounds and 14 ounces, while Matteson weighed in at 158 pounds and 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Francesco Ghiglia, and the three ringside judges are Neil Pembroke, Fraser McNabb and Isaac Oliver.  

Round 1: 

Soter lands a double jab to his opponents head.

Matteson closes the distance and forces Soter to back into a corner.  Soter lands a left uppercut.  
Soter is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a straight 1 - 2.  He then lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Soter lands a sharp cross.  
Soter drives a jab into his opponents body.  
Matteson closes the distance.  Soter lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Matteson is not able to stop any of these shots...he looks in trouble...the ref steps in and stops the action!  He says its over!  The winner by TKO is Soter!
