Juan Gutierrez vs Neron Penalver

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Spain-Comunidad de Madrid promoted show at Angel Galicia Gym, Madrid,  taking place on 13/04/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Marca TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Juan Gutierrez (29(4) - 6(2)) who hails from Madrid, Spain and Neron Penalver(29 - 9(4) - 2) from Madrid, Spain.  Gutierrez weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces, while Penalver weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Sibal, and the three ringside judges are Gervasio Perales, Elias Calistro and Santiago Leiva.  

Round 1: 

Gutierrez advances into close range.  Gutierrez quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and digs in a stinging right uppercut to his opponents body.

Gutierrez whips in a hurtful left hook to Penalver's body.  PENALVER WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Gutierrez holds on to his opponent.  Gutierrez pushes his forearm into Penalver's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Gutierrez about fouling.  Penalver almost instantly recovers.

Penalver cuts off the ring, trapping Gutierrez on the ropes.  Penalver pivots to the side of his opponent.  Gutierrez throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Penalver time to recover.
