Xavion Landa vs Gig Ribas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Paraguay-Alto Parana promoted show at Ciudad del Este Diaz, Ciudad del Este,  taking place on 02/04/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Paraguay-Alto Parana Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xavion Landa (9 - 23 - 4) who hails from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay and Gig Ribas(21(8) - 7 - 1) from Ciudad del Este, Paraguay.  Both Landa and Ribas weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Yniguez, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Tabares, Elias Coronel and Reynaldo Almeida.  

Round 1: 

Ribas quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Ribas lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Ribas holds on to his opponent.  Ribas leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Ribas's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Ribas lands a left hook, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.
