Nasario Plata vs Juan Fontanez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cuba-Holguin promoted show at Holguin Baena, Holguin,  taking place on 22/03/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cuba-Holguin Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nasario Plata (38(25) - 12(7)) who hails from Holguin, Cuba and Juan Fontanez(4 - 10(3) - 2) from Holguin, Cuba.  Both Plata and Fontanez weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fraco Bejarano, and the three ringside judges are Nemesio Puerto, Guido Ocon and Angel Prisco.  

Round 1: 

Plata drops his hands, and waves his opponent in.  Fontanez attempts to land an overhand right, but Plata slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

Fontanez gets on the inside.  Plata digs in a sharp left hook to Fontanez's body.  Plata clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Fontanez pushes his forearm into Plata's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Fontanez.  
Fontanez forces Plata to back into the ropes.  Plata lands a right uppercut followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Plata lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Plata lands a jab to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Plata tries to step out of his opponents range and lands two straights followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Plata hits home with a potent cross.  FONTANEZ IS HURT!  Fontanez recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Plata switches the action to the outside and lands with a ramrod jab.

Plata stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Fontanez tries to land a cross, but Plata blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.
