Isaak Baljakin vs Evgeny Lazarev

Boxing Daily Report from the Shongwe Promotions promoted show at Perm Belussov, Perm,  taking place on 19/03/2039:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Russia-Perm Krai Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Russia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Isaak Baljakin (26 - 17(3) - 2) who hails from Perm, Russia and Evgeny Lazarev(11 - 14 - 3) from Perm, Russia.  Baljakin weighed in at 107 pounds and 6 ounces, while Lazarev weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Borya Lukyanov, and the three ringside judges are Georgiy Yesheyev, Fedar Polsky and Sergei Anyukov.
