Boxing Daily Report from the Eck Promotions promoted show at Saad Zogby Gym, Giza,  taking place on 24/01/2039:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Giza Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Obaid Hamid (6 - 13 - 4) who hails from Giza, Egypt and Rashid Abed(6 - 1 - 3) from Giza, Egypt.  Both Hamid and Abed weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zuffur Gad, and the three ringside judges are Umair Ayub, Umair Khaleel and Waqas Toghay.  

Round 1: 

Abed attempts to land a jab, but Hamid sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Abed advances into close range.  Abed quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Hamid lands a jab to his opponents body.  
Hamid steps to the outside and connects with a cross.

At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Hamid's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Hamid's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.
