Boxing Daily Report from the Ondoa Promotions promoted show at Montevideo Polanco, Montevideo,  taking place on 04/11/2038:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uruguay-Montevideo Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Iago Laris (5 - 7(1) - 2) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Vidal Candella(2 - 2) from Montevideo, Uruguay.  Both Laris and Candella weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Elias Isabella, and the three ringside judges are Emanuel Castano, Carlos Jiminez and Manuel Damaso.  

Round 1: 

Candella lands a left hook.  Candella throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Laris is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.

Candella has come off worse after that clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
