Mason Nivens vs Brendan Davis

Boxing Daily Report from the Dana White promoted show at Surrey Erving, Surrey,  taking place on 18/10/2038:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mason Nivens (12 - 3) who hails from Vancouver, Canada and Brendan Davis(16 - 22(1) - 4) from Vancouver, Canada.  Nivens weighed in at 126 pounds And 9 ounces, while Davis weighed in at 126 pounds.    As Nivens came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Paul Low, and the three ringside judges are Noah Tedford, Michael Crosbie and Mike Messer.
