Noe Hicban vs Paul Saupan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Rizal promoted show at Pablo Beltran Gym, Rodriguez,  taking place on 09/10/2038:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Rizal Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noe Hicban (3 - 3 - 2) who hails from Antipolo, Philippines and Paul Saupan(7 - 4 - 4) from Antipolo, Philippines.  Both Hicban and Saupan weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Angel Valverde, and the three ringside judges are Diego Correira, Pablo Pomales and Nick Caga-anan.  

Round 1: 

Hicban switches the action to the outside.  Hicban feints a right hook, and then lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.
